IMPORTANT :- Elite print hub is a B2B company, which print order fro printing press, only and these orders shall not duplicate/fake, prohibited content or without the rmission or releted organisation will be sole responsibility of printing press/ channel partner only. and if any printing agency konwing or unknow unknowing orders duplicate/fake or phohibited content the its membership will be discountinued for timline
2. IMPORTANT :- Same colour will never match with any printing previously done (whether it is from us or from elewhere, whether it is digital or offset) If you went the same colour printing infeture, then get job profile save with us, exta charges will be payble against job profiling.
3. IMPORTANT :- I accept the elite print hub responsibility ceases the moment the goods leave company’s godown.
4. IMPORTANT :- In all products with club printing (like visiting card, letter Heads, envelpes, Doctor filel etc.), if there is a printing mistake in 5 to 50% of the sheets/cards, then only the same proportion can be discounted & if there is a printing mistake in more than 50% of the sheets only then the order will be reprint.
5. IMPORTANT :- If your order has been reprinted because of printing mistake, the transportation charges will be paid by you.
6. IMPORTANT :- I agree that in case of any duplicated lost/delayed receipt etc. in the transportation of the product, the maximum liability of elite print hub will be only up to the rate on the sputed product.
7. IMPORTANT :- Elite print Hub has all right to cancel/change any membership/ channel partner code.
8. IMPORTANT :- The company will be responsible only for the payment made in the bank account of elite Print Hub of india.
9. IMPORTANT :- I here by provide No objection to Elite print Hub for semding service/transactional related SMS/Whatsapp/Mail to me and my customers too.
10. IMPORTANT :- All the legal matters are subject to Mathura jurisdiction Only.
