•    Elite Print Hub Pvt. Ltd. aims to provide the highest quality services. However, if you encounter an issue, our refund policy ensures transparency and fairness. Please review the following details:

•    All products are eligible for return within 2 days of delivery. Customers must ensure the product is in its original condition and includes all associated packaging and proof of purchase.

•    Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, and customers must initiate a request within 7 days of receiving the product. 

•    Certain products and services, including personalized or custom-printed items, are non-refundable once approved for production. Customers are encouraged to review their designs thoroughly before submitting an order. 

•    To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition, along with all associated packaging and proof of purchase. 

•    Cancellation requests are subject to a processing fee, and any work completed on the order prior to cancellation will be charged accordingly. 

•    Refunds for approved cases will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
